First beat the egg with pinch of salt then add milk and sugar,combine it well. Now cut the bread slices into half and and dip them on both sides.

Now take ghee or butter in a pan then add the slices into it and cook well on slow flame on both sides. Garnish with grated chocolates and serve.

For chocolate shake: Boil a glass of milk with corn flour and cocoa powder then switch off the flame and add sugar to it and serve.

Serve the two with chopped banana and nuts of choice.
