Ingredients

1 cupHung curd
200 gmCrumbled paneer
2Finely chopped onions
To tasteFinely chopped green chillies
as neededFinely chopped coriander leaves
1 tspGaram masala
To tasteSalt
4 tspCorn flour
as neededMaida optional

Steps

1

Mix all the ingredients and make round tikki shape.

Now refrigerate them for around 1/2 an hour.

Now shallow fry these kebabs.

Serve with green chutney or any dip of your choice.
