  2. 1medium pineapple
  3. 12oranges
  4. 4red apples
  5. 3large cucumbers
  6. Thumb size ginger
  7. 1 cupsugar
  8. Ice block as required
  9. Cold water as required

    Wash cut and dice all fruits into chunks, blend until smooth, sift twice using a fine strainer, add sugar, ice blocks and serve chilled.
