Cooking Instructions

Rinse poha in adequate water so that it doesn't get soggy and keep it separate, fine chop Onion and Potato. In Poha sprinkle turmeric powder, sugar and salt then mix.

Saute peanuts in ghee and keep it separate, Same is with Potatoes and keep separately.

In same ghee add mustard seeds till they sputter then add cumin seeds once they sizzle and then add onions till they're translucent and softened.

Now add roasted peanuts and mix with poha mixture and add potatoes and mix and saute nicely for few minutes.

Cover it for few minutes, add lemon drops and serve hot.
