Ingredients

  1. 4eggs (boiled and cut into two pieces)
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. 2 tspkasmiri red chilli powder
  5. 2green chillies(slitted)
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. To tastesalt
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 &1/2 tbspcoriander leaves (Chopped)
  10. 1small capsicum(cut into small pieces)
  11. 1 tspgarlic paste
  12. 1/2 tspginger paste
  13. 2 tspgrated cheese
  14. 1/2 tspdried fenugreek leaves
  15. 1/3 tspgaram masala powder
  16. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  17. 2cardamoms
  18. 3 tbspcooking oil
  19. 1 tsptandoori masala

Cooking Instructions

    Add 1 tbsp oil into pan and fry eggs adding salt,1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp tandoori masala.Keep aside. Add 1&1/2 tbsp oil into the same pan. Add cumin seeds and cardamom. Add onion. Let it be golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 1 minute. Add tomato and salt. Cook until tomato will be soft. Add coriander powder,.Add capsicum. Mix well. Add 1 cup of water and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes in low flame. Add 1&1/2 tsp grated cheese and coriander leaves. Add fenugreek leaves.

    Add eggs and garam masala powder.

    Mix well. Pour egg masala in a plate. Add 1/2 tsp oil into pan.Let it hot. Put off the flame. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Mix and pour into egg gurnish with 1tsp grated cheese and coriander leaves.
