Ingredients

2 servings
  • as neededAdai batter (mixed of daal and rice)
  • 1 cupBeans(or cabbage) - boiled
  • 2 tspOil
  • 1 tspMustard
  • 1 tspUrad daal
  • 6 or 7 leavesCurry leaves
  • 1 tspHing / asafoetida
  • 1 tspCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Make adai like dosa,spread batter on tawa an cook from one side.

    Cut into pieces and powder it using mixie

    Heat a pan, add oil, temper mustard and urad daal. Add hing and curry leaves

  4. 4

    Then add powdered adai and mix well, and then add boiled beans. Mix gently. Garnish with coriander. Thats all. Yummy yummy paruppu usili ready.

I am a very big foodie and want to cook in less time. I like more traditional cooking recipes but most of the recipes take time to cook . I like to cook with some changes in the traditional recipes with better taste. we cannot change some of the recipes , but some we can.
