Ingredients

  1. 6Bread Slices (White Bread and Whole Wheat Bread)
  2. 2 tbspButter (Room Temperature)
  3. 2Cucumbers (Peeled and Sliced)
  4. 2Tomatoes (Sliced)
  5. 2Beetroots (Boiled, Peeled and Sliced)
  6. 2Potatoes (Boiled, Peeled and Sliced)
  7. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  8. As required Pink Salt
  9. 4 tsp Green Chutney: Recipe 👇
  10. 1 cupCoriander Leaves
  11. 5-6Green Chillies
  12. 1 tbspLemon Juice
  13. 2 tbspHomemade Curd
  14. 3 ClovesGarlic
  15. 4-5Sambar Onions
  16. 1 tspCumin Powder
  17. 1/2 tspPepper Powder
  18. As required Pink Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender jar, add all the ingredients mentioned under green chutney and blend to a smooth paste. Keep aside.

    Keep all the vegetables ready.

    Take first slice of bread and spread green chutney on one side. Now place a layer of sliced cucumbers over it. Then a layer of sliced tomatoes. Then a layer of sliced beetroots. And finally a layer of sliced potatoes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it.

  4. 4

    Take second slice of bread and spread some butter and little green chutney on it. Place it over the vegetables. Cut and serve with some green chutney/tomato ketchup.
