  • 2 tbspflaxseed oil
  • 1Onion
  • 1/2red capsicum
  • 500 gChicken Breast Strips
  • 200 gcoconut or almond milk
  • 1/4 cupcrunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tbspsweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tspmild curry powder
  • 150 gsnow peas

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan and add oil.

  2. 2

    Add onion & red capsicum and cook till soft.

  3. 3

    Add chicken and cook till lightly brown.

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients stir and simmer till desired thickness.
