Ingredients

  • 8.8 lbsbeef for grilling (4 kg)
  • 1 bottlebeer (12 or 16 oz / 355 or 473 ml)
  • Marinade
  • 1onion
  • 8large garlic cloves
  • 8black peppercorns
  • 1 cuplime juice (about 240 ml)
  • 1/2pineapple
  • Salt, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Arrange the beef in a large tray or container.

  2. 2

    Blend all the ingredients except the beer.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture over the beef and add the beer. Using very clean hands, massage the marinade into the meat. Let it rest for 30 minutes, then grill.

    The result is tender and very juicy.
