Ingredients

  1. 1 cupshreded cabbage
  2. 2green chilli
  3. 1 tspcumin
  4. 1 tspgaram masala
  5. 1 tspturmeric
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. 1 cupwheat flour
  9. to taste salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a wok heat oil add cumin

  2. 2

    Place cabbage and all spices and cook uncovered by stirring,cook till become soft

  3. 3

    Now knead a dough by mixing flour,salt and enough water

  4. 4

    Make a roti size roll and stuff with cabbage,seal and again roll

  5. 5

    Cook on tawa by applying oil both side till a crisp.
