Take a bowl add all purpose flour, salt,yeast, warm water, sugar mix properly & knead the dough for 5-7 min. Take olive oil & knead a dough for 8-10 min. Or till dough will not stick to your hand. Spread the oil in the bowl & put the dough. Cover it with cling wrap & restIn warm place for 1-2 hours. Or till it becomes double.

When it double punch the dough & take out on a flour surface & roll it around 1/2 cm.Prepare the spread by mix all ingredients. Spread on the dough. Sprinkled Corriender leave & cheese. & make a roll tightly. Cut in a1& 1/ 2 cm. Put butter paper in a tin & than put the roll on distance. Brush with the milk & sprinkle sesame seeds.

Cover it for around 20-30 min meanwhile preheat the oven at 180°© for 10 min. & bake for 20-25 min at 180°©
