Tuna Salad with Double Sauce Rice
Mix the canned tuna well. Blanch the frozen vegetables until cooked. Add ketchup to the salad. A summer favorite for kids.

Prepare 2 bowls of cooked white rice, a can of tuna with corn, and frozen vegetables.

Prepare ketchup and mayonnaise. Boil a pot of water and cook the frozen vegetables until done.

Drain the cooked vegetables. Add the canned tuna to the rice, then add the vegetables to the rice.

Mix all the ingredients well. Add half of the mayonnaise and serve on a plate.

Drizzle with the remaining mayonnaise and then with ketchup before serving.
