Add oil to pan.

Add jeera seeds and methi seeds.Crackle it.

Add chopped onion. Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,haldi,salt to taste.

Add potatoes and chopped methi to pan and cook for a while.

Add besan to curd and mix it add some water to dilute it.
- 6
Add the mixture to pan,add water accordingly. Cook for 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
