Ingredients

  1. 4 TbspsRolled Oats
  2. 1 TbspGround Flaxseed
  3. 2/3 CupHot Water/Warm Nut Milk
  4. 2 TbspsCoconut Sugar
  5. 1Banana, Sliced
  6. 1 TbspCocoa Nibs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a mason jar, add the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, hot water/warm nut milk and coco sugar. Mix all.

  2. 2

    Set aside to cool. When cool, add banana slices and cocoa nibs. Mix & place lid. Leave in refrigerator. Enjoy!
