  1. 2 poundsdark meat ground chicken
  2. 3serrando chiles, finely chopped
  3. 1/3 cupchopped cilantro
  4. 5 teaspoonsground coriander
  5. 3 1/2 teaspoonscumin powder
  6. 2 teaspoonsgaram masala powder
  7. 1 teaspoonred chili flakes
  8. 2 1/2 teaspoonskosher salt
  9. 1 cupstore bought bread crumbs
  10. 1 teaspoonginger and garlic paste
  11. 1lemon, juiced
  12. 1large onion, grated

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients (reserving half of the lemon juice) in a bowl
    Preheat oven to high broil
    Place kababs on a silicon baking mat or parchment paper and broil for 8 minutes on one side, flip over and five minutes on the other side
    Test the internal temperature of the kababs to register 160 degrees
    Sprinkle additional lemon juice over the top.
