Cut all the vegetables into cubes, except slice the onions.

Pour the olive oil into the cooker pot, then lightly sauté the onions with the Herbes de Provence and crushed garlic cloves. Add all the chopped vegetables.

Set your multi-cooker to soup or simmer mode for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
