Place 1/3 or 1/2 cup oats in a glass, then add yogurt, and add chia seeds, almonds, or walnuts as desired. Garnish with some optional fruits like banana, strawberries, etc.

Add 1/2 or 1/3 cup unsweetened milk, then shake well.

Cover the glass and refrigerate overnight for a delicious breakfast of overnight oats.
