Chanterelles and gorgonzola pasta
An explosion of taste!!
Steps

In one pot, put the cooking cream and gorgonzola. Cook it on moderate heat until it melts and becomes a cream.

Cut and cook chanterelles in olive oil for few minute at moderate heat until they lose the liquid. Add salt and pepper (if you wish further spices, this is the moment to add them.

Meanwhile, cook pasta. When done, mix everything in a pot and enjoy.

ADVICES AND NOTES: I used tagliatelle, but every kind of pasta is ok. You can replace chanterelles with other mushroom if you wish (I don't guarantee it will be the same) but you can't replace gorgonzola, for obvious reasons. If you can find it, use
spicy gorgonzola, it would be a great addition of flavour
