Steps

In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients. Add water and mix well to make batter. Put this mixture in mixer grinder jar and churn to smooth mixture.

Grease a square or rectangular shape microwave safe casserole with oil. Pour the rice- besan prepared mixture in it.

Place this casserole in microwave. Cook on 80 percent temperature(medium- high) for 2 mins uncovered...stir the mixture,again micro cook for 2 mins on 80 percent temperature. Again micro cook for 4 mins on High temperature...till fully cooked.

Cool completely. Cut into 1" square pieces. Shallow or Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and crispy from outside.

Grind coconut, coriander leaves, green chillies,dalia,salt to make chutney. Mix curd.

Serve/Relish Delicious Hot Nutritious Rice Dhokli Bites with coconut chutney.
