Roughly chopped phukla rotis with hands into pieces. Keep in mixing bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt and mix well.

In kadhai add heat oil do tempering of mustard- cummin seeds,add green chillies pieces,and curry leaves,saute for 30 secs. Add spice mixed phulka roti pieces,lemon juice mix well,cook for 2 mins to make crunchy.Off the flame.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Spicy Rotli with fresh buttermilk or tea or coffee at 5 pm.
