Chicken shashlik with gravy

In a bowl add chicken and all the ingredients except vegetables and bbq sauce. Let it marinate for 1-2 hours at least.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the chicken. Fry for 5 minutes, then add all the vegetables and bbq sauce.

Fry 5 more minutes on medium low flame or until the chicken is cooked. Don't over cook.
