First of all soak lettuce in cold water and peel each leaf,put some drop of vinegar in water and soak it. Soak again in another fresh water and set aside in colander to drain.Peel and wash onion,tomatoes, sweet pepper,and carrots.

Meanwhile you're busy doing the above stated step, your egg is already on fire for boiling.When the salad is drained off use your fingers to tear it up into large large size,cut onion, tomatoes,sweet pepper large too.

Prepare your salad dresser, in a bowl place 2tbsp of bama and 1 tbsp of salad cream and half tsp of sugar mix it well.Mix grinded groundnut with tin milk mixed them together with the bama mixture very well.

In a bowl place all your lettuce,tomatoes,sweet pepper,onion,grated carrot, do not add egg in this process to avoid breakage, then add bama mixture mix with spatula add pinch of black pepper and now you can add your boiled eggs mix small.Plate it in your serving plate and serve as you like.It's very sweet and delish just try this recipe you'll really enjoy it.
