In a pan, Boil water and cook the wheat Vermicelli till 80% tender, using a siever, drain out excess water
- 2
In another pan, add the ghee, let it melt, then pour in the half boiled vermicellis, on low heat, stir to cook, adding sugar plus cardamon powder
- 3
Keep stirring on low heat to avoid sticking at the bottom.

Once the sugar liquifies, spread in some raisins, its ready to serve.

Let it cool first before serving.
