Ingredients

9 servings
  • 1 cupleftover fried idli
  • 3idlis
  • 1boiled potato
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2Brown bread slices
  • 1 tspchopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Crumble and mix everything in a big bowl. Add around a tbsp water to mix and knead a dough. Roll it into kebabs/cutlets and shallow fry in a nonstick pan. Serve hot
