Take a big size bowl add besan ginger green chillies paste add dahi, lime juice oil,mix well add water as needed termaric powder,salt check batter should be neither thick nor thin.

Grease the cake tin with oil pour the batter

Now place the stand under idli pot pour water around 1" when water boiled place the batter pot on the stand cook it first 5 min full flame then 10 min in low flame till tooth peack clean out

Khadhai put on flame add oil green chillies when it's colour change add curry leaves seasame add sugar add 6 tsp water now turn off gass pour the tarka on the cooked dhokla now serve it with teatime.garnish it with grated coconut.
