Place the heavy cream into a large bowl whisk on a medium speed until soft peak.

Add condensed milk, vanilla extract whisk until combined.

Add rose water and rose syrup whisk combine.

Pour ice cream into a freezer safe container. Cover and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours/overnight.

Scoop out in the ice cream in a cup.

Drizzle with some rose syrup, sprinkle rose petals and cool cool rose ice cream enjoy.
