Ingredients

  1. 10shrimp
  2. 1small amount of goji berries
  3. 1 splashChinese herbal wine (Dang Gui Jiu)
  4. 1 splashShaoxing wine
  5. 1little green onion and ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring a pot of water to a boil with green onion and ginger.

  2. 2

    Once boiling, add the shrimp and cook until done.

  3. 3

    While the shrimp are still hot, place them in a food storage container. Add a suitable amount of Chinese herbal wine, Shaoxing wine, and goji berries.

  4. 4

    Cover with a lid and shake to mix well while hot.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
