Drunken Shrimp
Make drunken shrimp super fast! No soaking needed!
Steps

Bring a pot of water to a boil with green onion and ginger.

Once boiling, add the shrimp and cook until done.

While the shrimp are still hot, place them in a food storage container. Add a suitable amount of Chinese herbal wine, Shaoxing wine, and goji berries.

Cover with a lid and shake to mix well while hot.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
