Layer casserole dish with onions and add all ingredients over beef. I normally set in fridge for 2 to 4 hours, so that spices marry.

Heat oven with covered dish for 30 min on 220 degrees Celsius

Now turn oven down to 90 degrees Celsius and leave overnight for 10 to 12 hours.

Remove and cool for 20 min

Serve as Sunday lunch with veggies,rice,patatoes and use left over sauce to make gravy by adding bistro.

Or make real yummy sandwiches with meat

I used my homemade steak and burger sauce. But whatever you feel like will work
