Chicken Couscous
When couscous is steamed well, it turns out moist and delicious.
Steps

Place the couscous in a large bowl, cover with water, then drain and let it dry. Steam the couscous. Once steamed, add salt, water, and oil.

In a pot, sauté the chicken in oil with onions, tomato, the remaining vegetables, and spices. Add water and cook until the chicken is done.

Steam the couscous a second time, then mix with butter. Serve the couscous in a large serving dish. Enjoy!
