Cooking Instructions

For dry fry banana, we will first peel the banana and cut it in longer shape. Wash it and then let it marinate for 10 minutes in the grinded spices including salt and all the spices mentioned above.

Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the bananas with spices coated on it. Let it cook on both sides until brown.

Fry all the banana and then you can also make gravy with the Same spices. Put some oil and add masala into it fry it till the oil gets separated. Add water let it boil. Add few banana slices into it and let it cook for 5min. Serve it with rice.
