In a mixing bowl take cooked rice and smash it with hands. Then add potatoes, cheese, green chillies, coriander leaves, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix all well.

Make equal size balls and shape as desired. Make slurry by mixing corn flour and Maida and gradually add water to make smooth flowing consistency batter. Make sure no lumps are there. Dip prepared cutlets in batter and then roll in bread crumbs and keep in refrigerator for sometime.

Heat up the oil in kadhai on high flame. Deep fry all the cutlets and serve hot with tomato sauce or dip of your choice.
