Ingredients

40 minutes
4 servings
  1. 200 gchopped pork
  2. 1 Tbspsoysauce
  3. 1 Tbspsake
  4. 2 Tbsppotato starch
  5. 2 Tbspoil
  6. 1onion
  7. 1egg plant
  8. 2green peppers
  9. 1/2red and yellow paprika
  10. 1 bunchChinese chive
  11. 1 Tbspsoysauce
  12. 2 Tbspketchup
  13. 1 tspoyster sauce
  14. 1 Tbspvinegar
  15. 1 tspchicken stock soup seasoning
  16. salt and pepper
  17. 1 tspminced garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Pre season the pork with soy sauce and sake, leave it for approx. 30 minutes.

    Slice or cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. You can add any vegetables you want.

  3. 3

    Mix soy sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, vinegar together. Add sugar if you want it sweet.

    Coat the pork with katakuriko. Heat the oil in pan, broil the pork, flip them over once they turn golden brown.

    When all sides of the pork are golden brown, remove them from the pan, and leave it on a dish temporarily.

    Add another 1 tbsp of oil and minced garlic to the pan, start pan-frying the vegetables, add a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Once the vegetables are lightly cooked, put the pork back to the pan, stir them together.

  8. 8

    Add the mixed ingredients from step3, heat until the pork and vegetables are well-coated. Stop the heat and serve.

This is the first time to hear "sweet and sour pork".
i should try to cook it for my kids too;D
looks like nice Japanese food or Chinese food;) like it
