Ingredients

  1. 3Eggs
  2. 1/2 CupPaneer Grated
  3. 3 tbspIcing Sugar . for Egg White
  4. 3Egg Yolk
  5. 1 Pinchsaffron
  6. 1 TeaspoonCardamom
  7. 3 tablespoonMaida
  8. 1 teaspoonRose Water
  9. 3-4 DropRose Essence
  10. 1 teaspoonBaking Powder
  11. 1 teaspoonCinnamon Powder
  12. 250Gm Ghee or Oil For Deep Frying
  13. 1 tablespoonicing sugar

Cooking Instructions

50 minutes
  1. 1

    In a utensil cook egg yolk and sugar in double boiler

  2. 2

    Inside add grated paneer, kesar, cardamom and make thick better

  3. 3

    Now cool it down aside

  4. 4

    In another utensil beat egg white with icing sugar until it becomes fluppy

  5. 5

    After it becomes fluppy mix rose water, rose essence and maida and make a better.

  6. 6

    Now heat oil in a pan and in a big sized spoon add white better and add yellow better above it and coat with white better

  7. 7

    Now with the help of spoon put it in pan and fry it.

    Now ready to serve

    I have Serve it with pinamint sauce and caramel fruits.you serve any sauce and fruits
