Measure all the ingredients, sieve flour and add dedicated coconut in the flour. grease baking pan and pre heat oven. Blend pineapple for juice.

Beat margarine and sugar till light add eggs each at a time and continue whisking

Alternate flour and pineapple juice and fold in carefully to avoid over mixing. Add sliced pineapple and fold in put in the grease pan and bake at 180 degrees till knife come out clean
