Cooking Instructions

Firstly wash the onion and capsicum and potatoes and tomatoes, clean them and cut the separately.

Heat a pan and put 2 tablespoons of mustard oil and heat it well. When the oil becomes hot, then add cumin seeds to it. Then add onion and fry it till soft.

Now add chopped potatoes and fry them with onion. Then add chopped tomatoes and mix.

Now add turmeric coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well. Do not add water at all. Cover the pan with a plate, place a bowl filled with water, which will not burn. Now cook the vegetable on medium flame till 7 to 8 minutes.

Shimlamichi should be lightly cooked, then it should be well taken care of.

Turn off the gas. Mix amchur powder garam Masala and Kashmiri chilli powder and mix it. Spicy vegetables of Shimla mirch is ready. Serve with roti or paratha. Heat hot.
