Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupurad dal
  2. 1/2 cupchana dal
  3. 3chopped green chillies
  4. 2 tspcrushed dry mint leaves
  5. 3 tbspfresh chopped coriander
  6. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1/8 tsphing
  9. 1/4 tspajwain
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes

    Soak the dals for 2 hours in sufficient water. Wash and grind the dals with less or no water to a coarse paste.

    All all the remaining ingredients and whisk till well combined.

  3. 3

    Deep fry on medium flame.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
