Place the ingredients in a pot and sauté them in a little oil. Add water and let them cook.

When the meat is almost cooked, put the couscous in a bowl, add a little oil to keep it from sticking, and mix well. Place the couscous in a steamer to steam.

After steaming, remove the couscous, sprinkle it with water, let it absorb, then return it to the steamer to steam again.

Once the meat, oil, and chickpeas are cooked, mix the couscous and steam some raisins. Garnish the couscous with chickpeas and raisins on top, fry some peppers, and use them as a garnish.
