First of all, add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and filter it with a steel strainer.

Now, beat butter in a bowl at room temperature then add sugar until dissolves in the mixture now add strawberry essence.

Now add the dry ingredients in the butter mixture and fold slowly. Now, add buttermilk,coconut powder and food colour and apply the Cut & Fold Method. In the end, add tutti fruity and let the batter rest for 5-6 minutes.

Now, preheat the microwave oven at 180℃ and grease a baking mould and pour the batter in the mould. Tap the mould to set the batter. Now, bake the cake for 25-30 minutes. Now, let the cake cool down and garnish it with some coconut dust and tutti fruity.
