Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfine rawa
  2. 1 cupsour curd
  3. 1/3 cupwater
  4. 1 pouch eno
  5. 3green chillies
  6. 1 tspginger
  7. 1onion chopped
  8. Salt
  9. 1 pinchhing
  10. For tempering
  11. 2 tspoil
  12. 1/2 tspjeera
  13. 1 tspwhite til
  14. leavesFew curry
  15. Kotmir

Cooking Instructions

    In bowl mix rawa, curd, water and salt. Beat till smooth and no lumps. Keep aside for 15 mins. Meanwhile boil water in a steamer. Grease trays with 1tsp oil. Add chillies, ginger and onion to the batter. Mix well. Add eno and mix till bubbles appear on surface pour batter in tray till half capacity. Steam on high flame for 5 mins and then on low flame for 10 mins. Cool and cut in pieces.

    Tadka.. heat oil in a pan. Add all ingredients mentioned under tadka and pour over the dhokla. Enjoy!
