Firstly cut the green chilli on the middle.Then mix potatoes, coriander, garam masala, red chilli, salt and peg sour as a potato recruitment.

Then stuffed it on the green chilli.Take a oil in the pan. Put black mustard seeds on it, When it becomes brown and smell comes out from mustard then put stuffed Green chilli on it and cooked it on slow flame till it becomes soft and roasted from every side and potatoes will not come out from it.

Your Stuffed green chilli's are ready to serve., Serve it on lunch or dinner,. Very easy to make and very yummy and tasty to eat enjoy
