Ingredients

  1. 4, One pound, Deer (Venison), Round Steaks
  2. 3large Green Mangoes, hulled and rough chop
  3. 2large white onions, half moon slice
  4. 4green chiles from the garden
  5. 2 cansclassic stewed tomatoes, juice snd all
  6. 1 packetSwiss Steak seasoning
  7. 1/2 tsp.Garlic powder
  8. 1/2 tsp.Fresh pepper
  9. 1 canwater
  10. 1/2 canbeer
  11. 3tsps. Corn starch

    Assemble Deer Roundsteaks: 4 of them. Chopped peppers and onions.

  2. 2

    Add everything together in a low crockpot. I did mine 5 hours low, extracted some juice, turned it to high on the crockpot. Let the juice cool and added the cornstarch slurry back on high. Still going on high. Serve over minute rice. So far, five on low, high on six.
