  • Banga seasoning
  • Stockfish

    Wash palm fruit,cook till soft, pound,pour water into it to extract oil,use a sieve...

  2. 2

    Cook extract,add washed stockfish,when thick,add ingredients but locust beans and seasoning before salt,taste to adjust... Turn off heat enjoy with rice or carb of choice...
