Ingredients

12 croissants
  • 1 sheetpuff pastry
  • 5 1/3 ozgoat cheese (about 150 grams)
  • 3 1/2 ozbacon pieces (about 100 grams)
  • Shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoonhoney
  • Salt, pepper

Steps

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. 2

    Place the goat cheese in a bowl, add the honey, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

    Cook the bacon pieces in a skillet. Set aside.

    Unroll the puff pastry and cut it in half, then cut each half into triangles.

    Take a piece of pastry, put a little of the goat cheese and honey mixture and a few bacon pieces at the base of the triangle.

    Roll up the triangle starting from the filling toward the tip to form croissants.

    Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.

    Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese.

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
