Cut Paneer in desired shape

Wash palak nicely and boil it. Now grind it in grinder.

Heat 1 spoon butter in a pan. Add onion, tomato and all masala. Cook for 5- 6 minutes.

Take out cooked mixture in a bowl. After cooling grind the mixture in grinder and make paste.

Heat 1 spoon butter in a pan. Add paste in pan and saute for 6-7 minutes.

Add curd and saute.

Now add palak paste and saute for 4-5 minutes.

Add salt and paneer. Mix it well. Add 2 spoon butter. After 3-4 minutes switch off the gas. Butter Palak Paneer is ready to serve.
