Steps

Peel off the outer hard membrane of the liver.

Put vegetable oil on the sufuria

Heat the onions for about 5minutes.

Add the liver and simmer for few minutes.

Add tomatoes and simmer for few minutes till cooked.

Add cubes,salt to taste and squeeze lemon juice.

Add chopped green pepper and carrots.

Mix the mixture well and turn off the heat.

Serve with ugali or cooked rice.
