Ingredients

40pcs
  1. 1000 gmsall purpose flour
  2. 100 gmsDalda ghee
  3. 25 gmsRefined oil
  4. 650 gmswater
  5. For stuffing
  6. 1000 gmspotatoes
  7. 200 gmspeas
  8. as required Whole spices : cumin seeds,coriander seeds
  9. as required Turmeric powder
  10. as taste Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all boil potatoes

  2. 2

    Now peel potatoes take a clean wok put into flame put 1tblspn refined oil.

  3. 3

    Put whole spices and mashed potatoes with the help of potatoes masher.

  4. 4

    Set the seasoning.

  5. 5

    Now you can make samosa pastery take all dry ingredients together and mix it now heat the Dalda ghee and refined oil together

  6. 6

    Make a well and put hot ghee into the well and put water according to the recipe.

  7. 7

    Make a hard dough(ease roll)

  8. 8

    Now mix it carefully and rub with the flour and knead the dough.

  9. 9

    Make a egg shape (diameter 20 cm) of dough sheet with the help of rolling pin.

  10. 10

    Cut the sheet into half.make it half moon shape.

  11. 11

    Now make a cone of dough sheet and put stuffing into the samosa.

    And fry it in a wok.

    And serve hot with chutney
