Ingredients

  • 2large eggs
  • 2/3 cupsvegetable oil
  • 2tsps vanilla
  • 3/4 cupwhite sugar
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2tsps baking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

     Beat together eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar; add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.

  2. 2

    Drop by heaping teaspoon approx 3" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass moistened with water and dipped in sugar.

  3. 3

    Bake at 400°F for 6-10 minutes or just until lightly golden.
