Ingredients

  1. 1/4 CupSoya Flour
  2. 1/4 cupragi Flour
  3. 1/4 cuprajgeera Flour
  4. 1/4 cupwhole wheat Flour
  5. 1 cupall purpose Flour, extra for dusting
  6. 1 and 1/2 tsp fresh Yeast
  7. 1 and 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  8. 3/4 tspSalt or according to taste
  9. 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  10. 1/2 cuplukewarm Water
  11. 1/2 tspOnion powder
  12. 1/2 tspmixed herb
  13. 2 tbspgrated Carrot
  14. 1/2 cupgrated cheddar cheese
  15. 2 tbspthinly grated Capsicum
  16. 1/2 cupmilk warm
  17. 1Egg beaten
  18. 2 tbspsoft Butter
  19. ForCheese Coating:
  20. 1/4 cupmelted butter
  21. 1/4 cupMilk
  22. 1Egg beaten
  23. 4gatlic Cloves mince
  24. 1/2 tspOregano
  25. 1/4 tspdry thyme
  26. 1/4 tspdry basil
  27. 1/2 tspfresh ground Pepper
  28. 2 tbspchives
  29. 2 tbspfresh nicely chopped corriender
  30. 2 cupsgrated cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

    For dough, mix all flour in a deep mixing bowl add salt, garlic, onion powder mixed herb, grated carrot and capsicum and cheese and mix.

    In a small bowl add sugar dry yeast and lukewarm water and left to dissolve and bubbling.

    Now add dissolved yeast, milk and beaten.egg in flour mixture, and knead smooth and soft dough.

    Now cover and left it for an hour to double in size.

    When dough double in size, divide the dough in 4 equal pieces and divide the pieces in 5 to 6 equal size small balls.

    Now a medium bowl mix melted butter, milk, beaten egg, minced garlic, pepper, oregano, thyme, basil, chives, chopped corrinder and mix well.

    Greased the bount cake dish with butter.

    Now dip each ball of dough in melted butter and egg mixture, coat with grated cheddar cheese nicely and place in greased bount cake dish.

    Cover the pan with wrap and left the dough rise for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Now preheated oven at 180*c.

    After rising greased the rise dough with remaining egg and butter mixture and bake 25 to 30 minutes till dark brown in colour.

    Now left out pan sprinkle grated cheese over the top and again bake for 5 minutes or till cheese melt.

    Now remove pan from oven and let cool in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Remove bread from pan and serve with dipping sauce.
