2/3 cupcoconut flakes

Cube and season the chicken.

Fry in a pan till done

In a pot add the sauce ingredients, heat till bubbling stirring often.

Remove from heat and add chicken

I served with carrot noodles sauteed in the leftover oil I fried the chicken in. I also topped off with red pepper flakes, this is optional i really liked the extra heat!
